Board Games

Its always fun to play board games on rainy days, right? Back in the 90's the Rugrats had their own board games. Some of these are almost non-existent, so it was tough to get pictures.

 

                                                                 

Alarm Clock

Following up on the last post about regular clocks, here is my alarm clock post. I think the pictures explain it all!

 

Clock's

This post will feature about clocks featuring the Rugrats. There were two types of clocks made. One that had an alarm and one that didn't. This post will feature the ones who don't have an alarm clock. The first clock is purple and has the dimensions of 13x13 inches. It also features twelve different sayings for each hour. There is a sensor that can tell if it,s day or night so the characters don't speak when your trying to sleep. To help the sensor and voices the clock requires three AA batteries. The last clock has nothing really special about it. I'll get around to posting about alarm clocks one day.

 

                

Ice Cream

This post might bring back memories of your summer days as a child! I surely remember this! I'm showing you guys some Rugrats ice cream. Here we have a ice cream sandwich. From the box it seems like its vanilla ice cream in the center with some type of cookie on the outside. I've never had one before, but the next product I have. I always remember getting either Chuckie or Spongebob or one of the awesome characters from the Ice Cream Man. However the gum didn't last too long. That doesn't matter because it was still great to have.

Image Quality

While I haven't had any complaints yet about image quality, please take what I give you and be grateful. I have spent hours finding pictures thought never existed. Some are in excellent quality, fair and bad. Some pictures are over 10 years old and definitely don't look as good as what we have now to take and edit pictures. On a side note I will never watermark a picture. I've seen sites who put marks on their pictures. That destroys the picture and a part of Rugrats history. Feel free to share pics I post. Swimming Gear

While browsing the web I found Rugrat water slides you could rent. If you didn't add water then it's a bouncy house. Most of the slides coat around $200 to rent for a day. 

I also found some swim wear but I had a hard time finding swim wear. As you can see all were for girls.

 

Merchandise

The Rugrats had so much merchandise made when they were popular! Here's an unofficial list I've made after researching the merchandise...

And more! Where can you find these items since there discontinued? eBay, Amazon and most online sites sell them. I'm leaving you with a screenshot of a Walmart ad from the late 1990's into the early 2000's featuring Rugrats.

Great Show of the 90's

Rugrats is in no doubt one of the greatest cartoons ever. Created by Klasky Csupo for Nickelodeon, this show aired for more then 10 years, with over 9 seasons and 172 episodes. It also spawned off a huge line of merchandise and feature length movies. During its original run it had about 26.7 million views a week. It was nominated and has won many awards (which we will talk about later) and to title it with one word; popular. That's all for now! I'm leaving you with a TV Guide cover from 1996.

Formatting
