Campbell's Soup

Around the time of the Rugrats movie, Nickelodeon and Campbell's teamed up and produced different kinds of soup. Here's what I researched and found out. At the retail price of 99¢ you could be a 10.5 ounce can of Rugrats Soup. Each soup had six characters in it mixed in with chicken and broth. The characters are Tommy, Dil, Reptar, Angelica, Spike and Chuckie. In my opinion they could have added Lil and Phil. Some special cans even had holograms! There were six to collect in all. The following are pictures of the cans and an advertisement.

Got Milk?

Here is a fall of 1998 featuring the Rug rats crew advertising milk. Must have convinced a lot of kids to drink more milk! They should do more of this with other cartoons nowadays.

Cereal

The Rugrats had a few cereals after teaming up with Post and Quaker Oats to produce cereal. In 1999 Post made Reptar Crunch, which was sold for a limited time. It was somewhat like Fruity Pebbles but add in some little green Reptar marshmallows. In 2000, Post made another cereal called Rugrats In Paris. That cereal was like Trix but add in small Eiffel Tower bits. In 2003 two different cereals were made by the Quaker Oat brand.

Mott's Applesauce

I forgot to add the coupons and banners for the applesauce so here it is! This might give you a clearer picture on what the product looked like.

Mott's Applesauce

Mott's teamed up with Nick and produced two different flavors were watermelon and fruit punch.when the Rugrats were popular. The flavors are  The time they were available was around the time Rugrats In Paris was being released. I guess it was a way to promote the film.

Gateway Computer

Today I purchased a computer off of Craigslist. I thought that would be a great topic for today's post. To talk about a Rugrats computer. In April of 2000 Nick and Gateway teamed up to release a computer. The computer with all the software cost $898 which is the cost of a Mac nowadays. The specs were 16 MB's of memory, 4.3 GB hard drive and a 15 inch screen. Here's an ad with the computer, software and information. Also included my computer!

Puzzles

Its always fun to build some puzzles on rainy days, right? Back in the 90's the Rugrats had their own puzzles. Some of these are almost non-existent, so it was tough to get pictures.

Alarm Clock

Following up on the last post about regular clocks, here is my alarm clock post. I think the pictures explain it all!

Clock's

This post will feature about clocks featuring the Rugrats. There were two types of clocks made. One that had an alarm and one that didn't. This post will feature the ones who don't have an alarm clock. The first clock is purple and has the dimensions of 13x13 inches. It also features twelve different sayings for each hour. There is a sensor that can tell if it,s day or night so the characters don't speak when your trying to sleep. To help the sensor and voices the clock requires three AA batteries. The last clock has nothing really special about it. I'll get around to posting about alarm clocks one day.

Ice Cream

This post might bring back memories of your summer days as a child! I surely remember this! I'm showing you guys some Rugrats ice cream. Here we have a ice cream sandwich. From the box it seems like its vanilla ice cream in the center with some type of cookie on the outside. I've never had one before, but the next product I have. I always remember getting either Chuckie or Spongebob or one of the awesome characters from the Ice Cream Man. However the gum didn't last too long. That doesn't matter because it was still great to have.

Image Quality

While I haven't had any complaints yet about image quality, please take what I give you and be grateful. I have spent hours finding pictures thought never existed. Some are in excellent quality, fair and bad. Some pictures are over 10 years old and definitely don't look as good as what we have now to take and edit pictures. On a side note I will never watermark a picture. I've seen sites who put marks on their pictures. That destroys the picture and a part of Rugrats history. Feel free to share pics I post. Just add a link to my page when your done? I'm excited for the next posts coming up. I've actually been scheduling posts so I don't forget to post. I have scheduled posts all the way to 2014 in March! If you feel like my posts have more images then words that's because, a picture is worth a thousand words.Hope your enjoying my blog.

Swimming Gear

While browsing the web I found Rugrat water slides you could rent. If you didn't add water then it's a bouncy house. Most of the slides coat around $200 to rent for a day.

I also found some swim wear but I had a hard time finding swim wear. As you can see all were for girls.
